- The rental rates listed do not include government hotel tax of 8% for St Thomas villas or damage deposit of $300.
Policies
- Hotel tax 8% VI government hotel tax
- Payment Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit plus damage deposit of $300. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. All payments in US funds by check.
- Minimum Rental 7 nights minimum required during high season. 5 nights minimum required during low Season
- Cancellation Policy
- Over 45 days to arrival- 80% total refund
- Within 45 days to arrival- 80% if villa rebooked, no refund otherwise
- Damage deposits Refunded within 45-60 days of departure provided no deductions for damages, additional cleaning, missing items, long distance calls.
- Check in/out Check out- 11 AM, check in- 3 PM
- Maid Service Mid-week upon request for an additional charge
- Airport Escort An escort is provided from the airport to the villa. Escort will provide orientation of villa, equipment, and amenities.
- 10 nights minimum required during Christmas week
- Cancellations may be made by the owner due to unforeseen issues with the home, bad weather and/or sale of the property. Owners will offer a full refund or attempt to relocate reserved guests in a like-kind or better villa. ALL RENTAL RATES AND SEASON DATES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
