"Just had one of the most spectacular weeks of our lives. I had been to St. Thomas in the past, a cruise ship visit. It was beautiful, intriguing but short-lived. We decided to spend a week and we wanted the freedom to come and go as we please to eat out or in as we wanted so we decided to rent. We came across Wild Ginger reviewed some beautiful pictures as well as other homes and we decided to pull the trigger on the Ginger. Always concerned that what you are renting and how it appears in an add will be a disappointment when seen, I have to say that the real thing blows away the web pictures. To walk down a staircase, through rod iron gates and feel that you are embraced by the carribean ocean is an understatement. The rooms are wonderful, bedrooms comfortable and with full view of the ocean. We felt safe in a gated community. I love to play golf and as it happens the only course on the island is in this gated community. Easy access to Redhook and Charolette. We saw and did everything that was available. To be able to get home after a day on the boat and sit on the deck of this wonderful property was one of the best feelings I have ever had on a vacation.
